Position Details - Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot
and resolve PC problems.

- Install and configure desktops,
laptops, printers and other PC
peripheral devices.

- Upgrade and replace PC
components.

- Provide daily desktop and
peripheral support.

- Effectively interface with other departments, personnel, and
business contacts.

- Participate in departmental
projects as required.

- Perform miscellaneous duties as
required by IT management.

- Provide assistance to
communication engineers in
troubleshooting network issues.

- Assist in development and
documentation of departmental
procedures and processes.

- Participate in departmental
projects as required.

- Perform miscellaneous duties as
required by IT management.

- While performing the duties of
this job, the employee is
frequently required to stoop,
reach, stand, walk, lift, pull,
push, grasp, talk, hear, see and
use repetitive motions. While
performing the duties of this job, the employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds of materials.
Required Qualifications - AA Degree

- Minimum 6 years of end user support
