Primary Responsibilities:

• 
  
  Provide Citrix and application support.
  


• 
  
  Support a XenApp 4.5/6.0 environment.
  


• 
  
  Perform incident and problem resolution
  


• 
  
  Troubleshoot network issues that impact Citrix performance over LAN and WAN
  


• 
  
  Administer, monitor, and manage all aspects of the Citrix environment including XenApp as well as all supporting Citrix infrastructure including Web Interface, Citrix Secure Gateway, Netscaler, etc.
  


• 
  
  Monitor performance and operations of applications in a Windows 2003/2008 Presentation Server/XenApp environment using various tools, including EdgeSight & HP OpenView
  


• 
  
  Participate in On Call rotation
  


• 
  
  Application testing and deployment.

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

High School diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant work experience OR Bachelor's degree

2+ years Windows based experience in an Enterprise environment

Assets:

2+ years Citrix Presentation Server/XenApp is a plus

Support of a VMWare View is a plus

Command shell, VBScript, PowerShell, and MFCOM scripting experience is a plus

Experience supporting call center users is a plus

Support of Healthcare industry experience a plus
