Manager Trainees $23.00 Per Hour

Shift Manager $16.10 per hour

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in retail for Manager Trainee applicants.

Superior interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be reliable and have a high level of personal integrity.

Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, which includes evenings and weekends.

Must possess a strong sense of urgency and a drive for results.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills.

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.

At least 18 years of age

Manager Trainee Compensation:

Training wage of $23.00 per hour

Store Manager s salary ranges from $75,000 to $80,000/ year
