Position Responsibilities:
Perform detailed Quality Assurance (QA), which includes proof reading of HCR SBC document PDF's that have been built/coded within PRIME Contracts coding team. PDFs are test case outputs received from the PRIME Contract coder
Compare multiple source documents, which includes SBC and Contract SOB documents, plan design grids, business line standards and product tables against test cases and identify discrepancies.
Document and track all QA results using established QA Summary Log
Participate in special projects as assigned including those directed at improving quality and process improvements of contract production.
Positions in this function is responsible for performing detailed quality audits of pre-production HCR SBC documents that have been built and coded within the PRIME Contracts team. The federally mandated SBC is a 4 page benefit overview tool specific to medical/RX plan design. QA is performed using multiple source documents. Participate in special projects as assigned including those directed at improving quality and process improvements of contract production.

Run compares using Adobe Acrobat Professional
Perform quality audits using multiple sources of truth.

Skills / Requirements
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Basic MS Word and Excel experience
Experience comparing PDF Documents in a Software such as Adobe Acrobat Professional
Assets:
Health Insurance Contract experience
Experience working in a metrics-driven environment
