As a Commissions Analyst in our friendly, fast-paced Edina, MN office, you would process commission payments and resolve any commission issues that arise. Primary responsibilities:
Processing and maintaining commission payment records
Researching, analyzing and resolving commission payment issues
Responding to inquiries from agents and brokers

Skills / Requirements
Requirements:
Associates degree or higher in Finance, Math or related field.
2+ years of customer service experience via the phone or email resolving client issues.
Experience with MS Office Products. (Emphasis on Excel and Access)
1+ years experience in managed care, finance/banking or healthcare
