We ensure all our teammates are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful.

Base pay plus un-capped commission, including paid training and performance-based commissions, contests and monthly bonuses

W-2 status (not 1099)
Guaranteed 30+ hours per week
Cell phone allowance
Company Paid outings for “Team Building”
401(k) with 6% matched employer contribution (after 6 months)

Must have excellent communication and customer service skills

Must be self-driven and highly motivated;
Ability to prioritize and multitask appropriately
Must have reliable transportation

You are outgoing and comfortable talking with a variety of personality types


Generate qualified leads of homeowners in targeted areas where we already have a positive brand image

Serve as a consultant and provide useful product knowledge to qualifying homeowners
Acquire, retain and constantly develop industry knowledge
Desire to join a team that values honesty and integrity and has a “work hard, play hard” mentality


No degree required - just a desire to learn, grow and be on a fast track to advancement from within

Maintain high energy and a positive attitude
Ability to learn and use a scripted methodology that's proven to work
Maintain proper channels of communication with management
