Job Description
Senior Area Manager sought by Priceline.com LLC (Norwalk, CT) to plan, direct & coord activity in the e-commerce & travel industry providing lodging & other accommodations. Reqs 7 yrs of exp in e-commerce or travel industry as Mkt or Sales Manager. Exp specified must incl 7 yrs of exp w/ each of the following: using data to guide decision-making on potential solutions; acquiring, mentoring & building long term customer relationships; MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & data visualization; Hotel & Travel Industry s/ware & technology incl direct use of integration between Central Reservations Systems, Channel Managers, Property Mgmt Systems, & Online Travel Agency proprietary s/ware; utilizing Google Suite tools (Sheets & Slides); & reading & interpreting multiple data sources to define short/medium/long term goals. Exp specified must also incl 6 yrs of exp w/ each of the following: data reporting & data analysis tools; presenting using PowerPoint in front of mgmt & hotel partners; negotiating (internally &/or externally) w/ hotel partners. Further, exp specified must incl 4 yrs of exp w/ each of the following: coaching & dvlpg a multi-functional team responsible for driving business performance; leading projects for multiple stakeholders to optimize performance & maximize revenue. Telecommuting permitted. May live anywhere in the US. Reqs up to 40% domestic/int'l travel for internal meetings, & to meet partners & attend meetings w/ Mkt Managers.
