Relationship Manager, Bank at Work

Will be supporting Fairchester and Coastal Valley markets.

Summary
The Bank at Work RM will be required to personally drive Bank at Work events and business through offering a specific product set to employees of businesses that have a banking relationship with Webster Bank. They will partner with the Banking Center employees for coaching and execution. They will be responsible for setting up Bank at Work events, establishing relationships with business leaders and closing business. They will be an ambassador of the Bank at Work product and program.
 
Responsibilities
  • Achieve all assigned sales through prospecting and consulting with new and existing customers, conduct Bank at Work events, community involvement, and financial literacy seminars
  • Identify, cultivate and expand key customer relationships through focused sales and referral activity to an assigned territory
  • Utilize the defined Sales Process to guide marketing and call plans
  • Work as a team with the Market and Branch Managers to achieve Bank at Work relationship development and growth goals and objectives
  • Partner with Business Banking and Middle Market partners to cultivate new and existing opportunities
  • Refer customers to other business lines, focusing on internal partnerships
  • Understand and operate within compliance guidelines
  • Attend, participate and give feedback in team meetings which cover sales, process and product issues.
  • Attend and participate in Banking Center team meetings for training and coaching
  • Share ideas and information with branch staff, encourage involvement and development
Requirements
  • 10+ years financial experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Microsoft office skills
  • Sales and customer service skills required.
